How do I create my first listing?

β–Ό

Open Loop Marked, tap the "+" button in the bottom navigation bar, add photos of your item, fill in the title, description, price (in Lumo), and select a category. Tap "Create Listing" and your item will be submitted for review.

What is Lumo and how do I earn it?

β–Ό

Lumo is the internal currency of Loop Marked. You can earn Lumo by: claiming your daily login bonus, watching reward videos, inviting friends, completing trades, and achieving badges.

Is my data safe on Loop Marked?

β–Ό

Yes. Loop Marked uses end-to-end encryption (AES-256 + RSA) for all chat messages, images, and voice notes. Your precise location is never shared with other users.

How do I delete my account?

β–Ό

Go to Settings β†’ scroll to the Account section β†’ tap Delete Account. You will be guided through a confirmation dialog before your account and all data are permanently removed.

How do I report a suspicious user or listing?

β–Ό

On a listing, tap the menu (β‹―) icon and select "Report." In a chat, tap the user's profile and choose "Report User." You can also contact us at support@loopmarked.com.
